The terms and conditions set out in this Terms of Use, including Customer Obligations, Cancellation Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Terms") govern the access to and use of this website www.woodware.com ("Site") and any associated software or mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform") and services provided by WOODWARE SOLUTIONS ("Woodware", "we", "us", "our") via the Platform (collectively "Services"). The Terms govern all users of the Platform and/or Services (collectively "Users", "you", "your") and constitute a legally binding contract between each User and Woodware. Please read these Terms carefully before registering or accessing any materials, information, purchasing products or availing services on the Platform. If you do not agree to any part of the Terms or Privacy Policy, do not proceed to use this Platform and Services. You signify acceptance of the Terms by clicking "I Accept" or using the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into contracts. Certain areas or features of the Platform and/or Services may be subject to additional terms which you must accept. Woodware reserves the right to modify any part of the Terms at any time. You should periodically check for any revisions as your continued use constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms.Definitions and Interpretation
Definitions and interpretation are as stated in the Terms. References to Clauses are to the clauses herein. Headings are for convenience only. Unless the context requires otherwise, the singular includes the plural and vice versa. "Person" means any individual, corporation, partnership or other entity.Eligibility and Account Registration
Eligibility and Account Registration You must be at least 18 years old to access and use the Services or register an account. By accessing or using the Platform and/or Services, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.To use the Services or purchase products, you must register and create an Account by providing accurate details which you must keep updated. You are responsible for maintaining Account confidentiality and all activities therein. Woodware may refuse any Account registration.
You authorize Woodware to collect, store and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You permit Woodware to contact you regarding the Services. You are responsible for any individuals you authorize to access your Account ("Authorized Users"). You remain fully liable for all acts and omissions of Authorized Users. You are solely responsible for maintaining Account confidentiality and any activities that occur. Woodware may establish limits on Platform usage and data storage, terminate inactive Accounts, and change these practices at any time. You may not assign your Account without prior written authorization. By registering, you agree to receive Woodware communications which you can opt-out of anytime.
Our Service
We provide a one-stop platform for interior design services, turnkey execution of finalized designs, and purchase of products/services from Third Party Service Providers. You shall pay Woodware immediately upon any payments becoming due per the Payment Terms. Woodware shall provide warranty on civil/woodwork items. For Third Party products/services, Woodware does not control prices or provide warranties. Third Party Service Providers are responsible for their products/services offered to Users, not Woodware. Woodware is not required to mediate disputes between Users and Third Party Service Providers. Woodware reserves the right to revise product/service offerings at its discretion. The Terms shall be subject to payment, cancellation, refund/returns and warranty policies.User Obligations and Restrictions
You are responsible for required equipment/internet to access the Platform. You are granted a non-exclusive, limited right to access and use the Platform/Services for legitimate purposes per applicable laws/guidelines.In using the Platform/Services, you agree to not engage in activities adversely affecting Woodware or other Users. You agree to not host, display, upload, publish or share any unlawful, offensive, deceptive, infringing or harmful content. You shall not reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute or create derivative works from Platform content. For any User Content you provide, you grant Woodware perpetual rights to use excluding personal information, though Woodware has no obligation to store or publish User Content for which you remain responsible. You shall not directly solicit Third Party Service Providers for services outside the Woodware Platform, which is restricted to protect privacy. You are solely responsible for any harm from violation. Woodware does not guarantee User identities or the authenticity of any information on the Platform which is accessed at your own risk.
Updates, Modifications and Availability
Woodware may modify or upgrade the Platform and/or Services features and functionality from time to time, which may result in interruption, failure, delay or discontinuation. You acknowledge that Woodware assumes no liability for any such disruptions associated with the Platform and/or Services. Woodware reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Platform and/or Services (or any part thereof) at any time. You agree that Woodware shall not be liable for any such modifications, suspensions or discontinuances.Intellectual Property Rights
The Platform, text, graphics, interfaces, sounds, artwork, designs, code, and the selection/arrangement of content on the Platform is owned by Woodware and protected by copyright, patent, trademark laws and other intellectual property rights. Except as authorized by Woodware, you agree not to modify, copy, frame, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Platform, Content or Woodware Technology. The "WOODWARE" name/logos are trademarks you cannot display without prior written authorization. You shall not data mine, scrape or attempt to discover any source code. You acquire no intellectual property rights except the limited right to use the Platform/Services per the Terms. All goodwill from Platform/Services usage inures to Woodware's benefit. To the extent you provide Feedback to Woodware, you assign all intellectual property rights in that Feedback to Woodware.Third Party Resources
The Platform may contain links to third party websites/content ("Third Party Resources") not owned/controlled by Woodware. Woodware does not endorse and is not responsible for Third Party Resources which are accessed at your own risk. You agree to follow all policies of any Third Party Resources along with your obligations under the Terms. Woodware has no control over and assumes no liability for Third Party Resource content, accuracy, policies or practices.Privacy Policy

The Platform, products and Services are provided by Woodware on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, unless specifically stated otherwise.Your interactions/transactions with any organizations/individuals on or through the Platform, including Third Party Service Providers, are solely between you and such third parties. You release Woodware from claims and damages arising from any such third party disputes. Woodware makes no representation that the Platform/Services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that results will be effective, accurate or reliable. Woodware will not be liable for unauthorized use of your Account, any data deletion/storage failure, or advertising material from third parties. You access Platform material/data entirely at your own risk and sole responsibility for any damage or data loss.
